There’s no need for disregard, we’ve all been there many times. Especially since the holidays have arrived. CHRISTMAS. Tagging your wallet to purchase gifts for family and friends. And of course, yourself. But in the end, our wallet will soon drop dead.

Limit yourself from online shopping by creating a calendar for a vacation away from online shopping, or onsite shopping in general. Or even so, find cheap gift ideas and DIYs, such as handmade soaps, natural perfume, shampoo, and much more. In the end, you’ll save at least enough for next year’s holiday sales!
BE BRAVE AND RATION UP Now, budgeting is the important part of the whole concept, it can help you overcome your addiction. Fashion addiction can indeed impact your wallet, such as on sale apparel, adding up to a large sum of money when you hit that checkout button. That’s when rationing comes along! Yay! Budgeting the amount of money you spend and the number of clothes you’ll need is essential when purchasing. It can be disheartening, but also worth it, towards your mental and physical health. So please take this advice and stay healthy.
GO ON A DIET Diet yourself on how much clothes you’re going to buy. Don’t over-eat; especially when sales come around and tempt you. So learn to control your hunger to buy more, which will help you digest sane amounts of purchases. Avoid going on apparel sites; it will drive you to famine.
